《牛生产学》是职技高师类院校动物科学专业的一门必修专业课,该课程的基本特征是集理论性、实践性和前瞻性于一体。鉴于职技高师类院校对口生源的专业知识结构和本底特点,为有效培养高质量的"双师型"人才,对《牛生产学》课程的教学方法、选择并优化其知识结构和教学内容等进行了探索与实践,并收到了预期成效。

Cattle production science is a compulsory specialized course in animal science specialty of vocational and technical teachers college. Theorization, practicality and foresightedness are gather in integral whole for this course. Whereas professional knowledge structure and background characteristics of higher vocational student source, the author explored and practiced the teaching methods, selecting and optimizing knowledge structure and teaching content of cattle production science course to train the high quality talents of double-teacher type, and received the favorable predicting effects.
