摘要
发动机实际工作过程中存在各种机械损失,在考虑了发动机实际工作过程中的各种机械损失后,建立了热机热力循环有限时间热力学模型,讨论了发动机机械损失功率与发动机循环参数之间的变化规律.导出了考虑各种机械损失后,发动机输出功率、热效率特性与循环参数之间的解析关系式,从理论上阐述了它们之间的影响规律.最后以发动机实际工作过程为例计算了考虑机械损失功率后,发动机循环参数对发动机热效率、输出功率的影响规律.所得结论与发动机实际工作过程相吻合,对发动机设计有一定的参考价值.
Considering various mechanical losses in real work process of diesel, a thermodynamic model of heat circulation in finite time was set up, and the influential law of mechanical power losses on cycle parameters was discussed. The mathematic relationship among output power of diesel, thermal efficiency performance and cycle parameters was derived to analyze their influential law theoretically after considering various mechanical losses. And influential law of cycle parameters on thermal efficiency and output power was analyzed after considering mechanical losses with an example of real work process of diesel. The result obtained is in accordance with the real work process of diesel, and the study provides a reference for the design of diesel.
