摘要
数据包络分析是广受欢迎的管理工具和评价技术,这里应用数据包络分析C2R模型探讨决策单元规模收益的判定准则.文中首先回顾数据包络分析理论研究决策单元规模收益的发展过程;其次引入参数数据包络分析模型PC2R,描述决策单元效率在其附近的变化,推导该模型的性质;最后得到基于C2R模型决策单元规模收益的判定定理.
Data envelopment analysis （DEA） is a popular management tool and evalution technique. The determinant criterion of returns to scale （RTS） for decision making units （DMU） is discussed based on C^2R model of DEA. , The research process of RTS by using DEA model is reviewed firstly. Then, a DEA model with parameters （PDEA） is built in order to describe the efficiency change of DMU in its neighborhood, and the properties of PDEA model are deduced. The determination criterion of RTS for DMUs is obtained according to the C^2R model.
