摘要
对拖拉机悬挂式喷雾器产生滴漏的原因进行了试验分析,根据流体力学二相流理论提出了在喷雾器的输液管路中加入高压空气解决滴漏问题的新方法,设计出可利用管路压力自动控制加气的喷雾阀。试验结果表明,该方法在液体压力较低时能保证喷雾器雾化良好。
An experimental analysis on the cause of liquid leak of a hanging sprayer is made.Using two-phase flow theory in fluid dynamics, a new method used to solve liquid leak by entraining high pressure air into pipeline is proposed. A spraying valve by which the pipeline pressure is applicable to control the insert air automatically is designed. Experiment results show that the good quality of spraying can be obtained by using this special valve at a lower liquid pressure.
