遂昌县各级医疗机构消毒效果监测

MONITORING OF DISINFECTION EFFICACY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS IN SUICHANG COUNTY

目的了解遂昌县医疗机构消毒卫生状况,为改进消毒卫生质量与管理提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检验方法,对县辖区内医疗机构消毒与灭菌现状进行了监测。结果2003~2008年连续6年共检测样品4600份,总平均合格率为91.6%。医院科室内物体表面消毒质量合格率为93.3%,医护人员手卫生质量合格率为89.6%,使用中消毒液合格率为98.5%,医疗器械无菌合格率为96.8%,室内空气质量合格率为65.3%。结论遂昌县医疗机构的消毒卫生质量总体较好,室内空气质量有待改善,无菌器械质量应加强灭菌管理。

Objective To study the disinfection and sanitation conditions of medical institutions in Suichang county and to provide basis for improving the quality of disinfection and sanitary control. Methods The disinfection and sterilization conditions of medical institutions in the county was monitored by using the methods of on - the - spot investigation and sampling inspection. Results 91.6% of 4600 samples were eligible on the whole, 93.3% object surface samples taken from departments of hospital were eligible, 89.6% samples taken from the hands of staff were eligible, 98.5% samples of disinfection solution in use were eligible, 96.8% medical instruments reached the standard of sterilization, 65.3% indoor air samples were eligible. Conclusion The disinfection and sanitation conditions of medical institutions in Suichang county are fine, but the quality of indoor air needs to be improved and administration of quality of sterile instruments needs to be stregthened.
