石嘴山市35家医疗机构消毒效果监测

MONITORING OF DISINFCTION EFFICACY IN 35 MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF SHIZUISHAN CITY

目的了解石嘴山市医疗机构消毒效果。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对辖区内35所不同级别医疗机构卫生消毒质量进行了调查。结果2004-2007年共检测样品1410份,平均总合格率为94.54%。各类样品消毒灭菌质量检测结果中,以使用中消毒液合格率最高,每年均为100%;室内空气消毒质量合格率较低。随着医院级别降低,消毒与灭菌质量合格率也呈下降趋势,此可能与消毒灭菌投入和管理力度有关。结论该地区医疗机构消毒卫生质量总体比较好,但室内空气和医务人员手卫生质量有待加强。

Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in the medical institutions of the Shizhuishan City, the Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region. Methods On - the - spot investigation and sampling method were used to survey the quality of disinfection in 35 medical institutions at different levels in the Region. Results 1410 samples were examined from 2004 to 2007, and the average overall eligible rate was 94.54%. The eligible rate of the disinfectants in use was the highest among various samples, being 100% every year. The eligible rate of the quality of disinfection of indoor air was relatively low. Among hospitals at different levels, the eligible rate of the quality of disinfection and sterilization tended to decrease with decreasing the level of hospital. This may be related to the investmant and management in the disinfection. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in the medical institutions of this region is relatively good as a whole, but the sanitary quality of the indoor air and the hygiene of the hands of medical staffs needs to be improved.
