杭州市下城区医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE QUALITY OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS IN XIACHENG DISTRICT OF HANGZHOU

目的了解本辖区内医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量,为改进消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场资料调查和采样检测方法对该区基层医疗机构消毒相关内容进行了调查。结果共抽检2728件样品,平均总合格率为91.1%;定期监测样品合格率为88.6%;医疗机构自送样检测合格率为98.9%。压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌器材以及使用中消毒液合格率均达到100%。室内空气卫生合格率为63.8%,医务人员手合格率为88.9%,医院污水消毒质量合格率仅62.5%。结论该区基层医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌和无菌器材无菌质量检测全部合格,室内空气和医务人员手等卫生质量有待改进。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in the area, in order to provide a basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods The disinfection - related matters of primary medical institutions in the area were investigated by using field data investigation and sampling examination methods. Results A total of 2728 samples were examined, the average eligible rate was 91.1%. The eligible rate of regular monitoring samples was 88.6%. The eligible rate of samples sent by medical institutions themselves was 98.9%. The eligible rate of autoclaves, sterile equipment and the disinfectant in - use was 100%. The eligible rate of indoor air hygiene was 63.8%, that of hands of medical staff was 88.9% and that of hospital sewage disinfection quality was only 62.5%. Conclusion In primary medical institutions of this area, autoclaving and sterile equipment quality were eligible, while the sanitary quality of indoor air and hand of medical personnel need to be improved.
