新中国国有企业60年绩效的实证与解析

A Study on the 60 Years' Performance of the State-owned Enterprises of China

从科学绩效观出发,按照广义效率的绩效评价方法,本文对新中国国有企业60年绩效进行了实证考察,结果表明国有企业是高绩效的,进而分析了所谓国有企业"低效论"、"无效论",说明了其无论在逻辑论证上还是经验实证上都不能成立,最后解释了一度严重影响中国国有企业绩效的真正问题。

From the concept of scientific performance,in terms of a estimate measure of generalized efficiency indexes,this paper does a empirical study on the 60 years' performance of the state-owned enterprise of China,and the result is that the state-owned enterprise of China is high performance;further,the thesis analyzes the problems of the theories of state-owned enterprise be low-efficiency or inefficiency, illuminates that it's reasoning is not existing;finally,the study unpuzzles the actual causes that affect the state-owned enterprise of China once upon a time.
