摘要
针对无轴承电机无传感器控制的需要,在分析永磁型无轴承同步电机固定坐标系模型的基础上,考虑到电机参数的影响,在使用灰色系统预测电流值基础上提出参数在线辨识转子位置和速度的估测方法。应用这种方法建立了永磁型无轴承电机无位置和速度传感器的矢量控制系统。仿真实验表明这种方法能够准确观测转子位置和速度,具有强的参数鲁棒性,系统能在较大扰动下实现稳定悬浮。
On the basis of analyzing the mathematic model of the permanent magnetism bearingless synchronous motor (PMBLM) under α-β coordinate, a novel rotor position estimation scheme using online parameter identification based on grey model was suggested, which met the need of sensorless control for bearingless motor. And then, the sensorless vector control system of PMBLM was set up based on this position estimation approach. The results of simulation show that the proposed method is capable of precisely estim^tting the rotor space position and is able to achieve stable suspension under the bigger disturbance.
