稻作经营大户合同售粮行为的影响因素分析--基于江西省滨湖地区492个样本大户的调查 被引量:8

摘要 本文以江西省为例,在对滨湖地区3县492个稻作经营大户问卷调查的基础上,首先运用Probit模型分析影响农户选择合同的因素,然后运用Tobit模型分析影响合同销售比例的因素。研究结果表明,随着户主年龄、文化程度、家庭人口数的增加,大户更愿意签订合同,但这些变量对大户选择合同销售比例没有显著影响。家庭劳动力人数越多、经营稻作年数越长、对稻谷价格认知评价越好及处于平原地区的大户签订合同的概率越低,但这些变量对大户执行合同销售比例影响不显著;借款对大户签订合同有着显著影响,但对其选择合同销售比例影响不显著;种植规模越大的大户越有可能签订合同,但反而更可能降低其执行合同销售的比例。
