循环流化床(CFB)锅炉能够清洁而经济地燃烧各种固体燃料,特别是在合理利用劣质煤方面,具有不可替代的作用,近年来得到了广泛的研究与应用。全面概括了中国CFB锅炉发展状况,包括技术与炉型的发展和大型化进程。国内引进的300 MW的CFB锅炉示范工程已建成并成功投入运行。通过系统的研究CFB锅炉大型化的关键技术,自主开发研制了国产100～330 MW的CFB锅炉,首台国产100 MW和210 MW CFB锅炉具有良好的运行性能,国产330 MW CFB锅炉也已投入运行,为带有紧凑式分流回灰换热器的H型CFB锅炉,是目前世界上已运行的最大容量的CFB锅炉。简要介绍了600 MW超临界CFB锅炉技术方案和最新研究进展。

Circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boiler can cleanly and economically bum all kinds of solid fuels, it especially has irreplaceable action to appropriate use low grade coal. CFB boiler has been widely researched and applied in later year. It presents an overview of advancements of CFB boiler technology in China, including technologies and configuration and progress of scaling up. The imported 300MW CFB boiler has been applied sucessfulel in demonstration project.the key technologies of large CFB boiler have been researched systematically, the domestic 100MW-330MW CFB boiler have been autonomous developed and manufactured. The first domestically designed 100MW and 210MW CFB boiler have good performance proved. Domestic 330MW CFB boiler also has been put into commercial operation. Which is H type of CFB boiler with compact ash-flow splitting and heat exchanger. It is the largest capacity CFB boiler operated in the world now. The research progress and technical plan for domestic 600MW supercritical CFB boiler are also introduced.
