大型锅炉引风机失速、喘振异常的分析与探讨 被引量:23

摘要 某电厂300 MW锅炉在运行中发生引风机失速、喘振异常。经分析,其原因是风机的选型不合理,在低负荷工况时引风机落入不稳定工作区运行。因此提出并实施合理的引风机运行方式,保证了引风机安全经济运行。同时建议今后新建电站锅炉风机选型或风机改造时应根据选型工况(TB)、BMCR工况、ECR工况、50%BMCR工况、不投油最低稳燃工况及锅炉点火启动工况选择风机的型式和型号大小,确保风机在稳定区域内运行,且失速裕度足够;同时电厂应编制具体的风机规程,防止类似现象发生。 Stalling and surging occurred on ID fans in operation of a 300 MW boiler in a power plant. Through analysis, the main cause is that the type-selection of ID fan is unreasonable and ID fans drop-in instability work area under low-load condition" So it is presented that the reasonable operation method would help to assure working safety and economy. The selection of the type and size for ID fans should be accorded to TB, BMCR, ECR 50% BMCR when select the ID fan type to be built reform ID fans in order to guarantee ID fans operate within stable area and be with enough stalling margin. Specific directive rules should be worked out in order to avoid similar phenomenon.
