循环流化床锅炉爆燃与结焦现象及其预防 被引量:1

摘要 分析300 MW循环流化床锅炉启动过程中炉膛发生爆燃、分离器发生燃烧结焦现象产生的原因,提出预防措施。投煤后及时提升床温,缩短煤的低温燃烧时间;减少煤中的细煤粉量,及时排除灰循环系统的煤粉,加强炉膛上部通风,是防止锅炉爆燃和灰循环系统燃烧结焦的有效方法。 The reason of explosion, burning and coking in cyclone separator of 300MW CFB is analyzed. Precaution measures are given. Increasing the bed temperature to the operation level and cutting the low-temperature burning time of coal, limiting the amount of fine coal and removing fine coal out of the cyclone separators, increasing air quantity in start-up are the available precaution approach.
