冷轧监控AGC智能Smith预估器的算法设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对冷轧监控AGC控制的滞后特点,开发出新型的智能模糊PID+Smith预估控制器。给出了该混合型模糊PID+Smith预估器的算法原理及设计步骤。基于推导出的典型冷轧监控AGC模型,利用MATLAB软件对常规PID-Smith及混合型模糊PID-Smith两种控制器进行仿真分析。仿真结果及现场应用表明:相比常规的PID-Smith预估器,混合型Smith预估控制器具有鲁棒性强、动态响应快及稳态精度高的优点。 In accordance with features of dead time in monitor AGC of cold mill, the new Intelligent Fuzzy PID Smith prediction controller was developed. The algorithmic principle and design method of new controller were given. Based on the typical monitor AGC model of tandem cold mill, the analysis in dynamic performance between PID-Smith controller and Fuzzy PID Smith controller was done by MATLAB toolbox. The simulation results and site applications show that Fuzzy PID Smith controller has stronger robustness, faster response and higher static accuracy than traditional PID-Smith controller.
