摘要
文章应用工作搜寻理论,从劳动力市场工资匹配的角度,研究高等教育改革下的大学生失业问题。理论分析显示,无论是依据劳动力市场的供需机制还是信号机制,企业提供的工资水平会随着高等教育规模的扩大而降低;大学生及其家庭高等教育投资的增加则会推高他们的保留工资诉求;两种工资的相反方向变动导致了工资匹配概率的下降和大学生失业的形成。文章利用调查数据对上述假设进行了检验,实证结果基本上支持了理论假设。
On the basis of job search theory and in the perspective of wage match of employment market,this paper studies the unemployment of university graduates in the circumstance of reforming higher education. The results showthat(1)wage level offered by firms will decrease with the expansion of higher education scale in case that both supply- demand mechanism and signal mechanism work in labor market, (2)increase of graduates’and their families’expenses on education will raise graduates’reservation wage,and(3)the characteristics of wage changes decrease wage match probability.
