摘要
基于人体生理特性、人体测量和作业空间设计的分析研究,利用CATIA软件建立虚拟模拟环境,进行精确的企业现场人员作业仿真,对人员操作进行人因分析,并进一步优化人员操作,以提高作业效率、降低劳动强度、减少动作疲劳,获得最佳的人员作业标准。以国内某制造企业相关工位的作业为例,通过仿真、分析和优化,提出了作业改进方案,改进后的作业最大限度地满足了动作经济原则和操作舒适性原则,提高了工位生产效率。
According to the analysis and research on the physiologic characters and the measurement of human body and the work space designing, soiftware CATIA was used to establish virtual modeling environment and simulate the work performance of human body in the enterprise spot precisely. Then the human factors of the work performance of human body were analyzed and further optimization was made in order to reduce the labor intensity and fatigue, getting the best standard of the work performance of human body. Taking the operation of the relative work-station in a domestic manufacturing enterprise as an example, a new improved operation project was proposed by simulating, analyzing, and optimizing. It is proved that the improved operation meets the principles of manipulating economy and operating comfort, and also increases the production efficiency of the work-station to the largest extent.
