摘要
采用乙二胺/尿素/水混合液对苎麻织物进行改性。研究了乙二胺/尿素/水不同混合比、温度、时间等因素对苎麻织物钡值的影响。正交试验表明,乙二胺浓度是最主要的影响因素,优化的改性工艺条件为:乙二胺/尿素/水混合液比例为69.23/7.69/23.08,温度30℃,时间90 min。改性后苎麻织物经X射线衍射仪测得其结晶度明显下降;活性染料对改性后苎麻织物的上染率和固色率明显提高。
Ramie fabric was modified by ethylenediamine/urea/water mixture. Effects of different mixing ratios of ethylenediamine/urea/water, temperature and time on barium value of ramie fabric were analyzed. The orthogonal experiment result informed that the concentration of ethylenediamine was the most important factor in modification process. The optimal modification condition was: the mixture ratio 69.23/7.69/23.08, temperature 30℃, time 90 minutes. The result of X-ray diffraction showed that the crystallinity of the modified ramie fabric decreased greatly. The uptake and fixation rate of modified ramie fabric dyed with reactive dyes were improved markedly.
