摘要
将抗热黄变剂DM-2915与抗酚黄变剂DM-2903用于锦纶织物的抗黄变整理,分析影响织物黄变的因素,如pH值、抗黄变剂用量、焙烘温度及时间等,得到合适的工艺条件。若对织物进行预定形处理,可采用DM-29155 g/L,于200℃焙烘60 s;若进行后定形处理,则可采用DM-290340 g/L,于180℃焙烘30 s,pH值为4.5。整理后,织物的黄变可得到有效延缓和降低,抗黄变指数达到4级。
Heat setting process of polyamide fabric was carried out with DM-2915 anti-thermal yellowing agent and DM-2903 anti-phenol yellowing agent. The effect of dosage of anti-yellowing agent, pH value, curing time and temperature on yellowing was analyzed. The application conditions were optimized as follows: DM-2915 5 g/L,curing at 200℃ for 60 seconds of pre-setring process; DM-2903 40 g/L, curing at 180 ℃ for 30 seconds and pH value 4.5 of post setting process. The yellowing of treated fabric was deceased. Its anti-yellowing index reached 4 degree.
