摘要
数字电影作为新一代电影技术,打破了胶片电影的束缚,正在迅速发展。而在其发展途中,数字电影图像压缩是影响数字电影制作、发行、传输和放映环节的关键技术。根据全球第一个数字电影工业规范(DCI规范),分析了数字电影现期使用需求,引入分布式计算技术,设计了一种分布式数字电影图像压缩系统,使压缩一部数字电影所需的时间满足使用需求,从而成功应用于数字电影制作中。对该分布式图像压缩系统的研究主要有图像压缩算法、系统架构以及系统性能监测分析和系统后期改进。
As a new film technique, digital film breaks the shackles of the traditional film, which is developing rapidly. During it' s development, digital film image compression is the key technique which impacts digital film production, distribution, transmission and projection. Therefore, according to the first digital film industry criterion (DCI specification), the current demand of digital film is analyzed, distributed computing technology is introduced, a distributed digital film image compression system is proposed, which made the time of compressing digital film image meet current demand. Also the system is applied to digital film production successfully. The system mainly includes image compression algorithm, distributed image compression system architecture is researched, system performance monitoring and system improvement are analyzed.
