摘要
对导弹自由飞过程中要经受的3种振源,即边界层扰动、发动机排气噪声和发动机点火激励振动产生的机理和特点进行了分析。通过对比外挂物和自由飞导弹状态的差异,分析亚声速、跨声速和超声速飞行时导弹边界层变化规律,推导出基于MIL-STD-810F中外挂物振动应力计算公式计算导弹自由飞振动应力的方法。
The generation principles and characteristics of the missile free flight vibration environment induced by boundary layer turbulence, engine exhaust noise and engine igniter impulsion vibration are analyzed. The environment of jet aircraft external store are campared with that of missile during free flight, and the variety of boundary layer turbulences duing flight at subsonic velocity, sonic velocity or ultrasonic velocity are introduced. A method for calculating vibration stress levels based on the formula in MIL-STD-810F is deduced.
