杂种小麦及亲本旗叶老化过程中CO_2导度的研究 被引量:18

摘要 在旗叶一生中,气孔导度(g_(?))、叶肉导度(g_m)、碳酸酐酶(CA)活性和净光合速率(P_n)的变化规律呈单峰曲线,于叶片全展或全展后10天达到最大值。供试CHA、T型杂种小麦较亲本和对照在上述性状上表现的杂种优势随着叶片老化进程而逐渐增大。胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)随着叶片老化进程不断增加,杂种小麦在该性状未表现优势。研究表明,g_m、CA活性较g_(?)对P_n的影响更大。旗叶老化期间光合作用的气孔限制小于非气孔限制。杂种小麦的光合优势与其具有较高的g_m和CA活性有关。 During flag leaf growth span, the dynamic changes of stomatal conductance (g,), mesophall conductance (gm) , carbonic anhydrase(CA) activity and photosynthetic rate(Pn) expressed a type of curve with one peak, and they reached the maximam value at leaf full expan sion or 10th day ofter leaf full expansion. Compared to parents and CK, the heterosis on above traits in tested CHA and T type hybrid wheats showed gradually increasing along with the leaf aging process. The change of intercelluar CO2 concentration (Ci) increased at the same time, no heterosis on C; was found in hybrid wheats. The results indicated that gm and CA activity have more important influence on Pn than gs, and the stomatol limitation is less important than non- stomatal limitation in photosynthesis during flag leaf aging process. The photosynthetic heterosis of hybrid wheats is related to their higher gm and CA activity.
