体育学科体系重新构建刍议

Opinions on the Reconstruction of the Physical Education Disciplinary System

体育实践的适度超前和理论建设的相对滞后,已经成为体育协调、可持续发展的制约因素。近100年体育学科的建设和发展,走过了作为教育二级学科和一级学科的历程,已经具备相对稳定的学科体系、专业设置和独立设置学科门类的条件和要求。西方发达国家如德、英等国也有把体育作为一个学科门类设置的做法。把体育作为一个独立学科门类设置,根据体育3种实践形态和揭示它们规律的学科,可称之为身体教育学、运动竞技学、健身休闲学,形成体育学科门类下的3个一级学科,它将为3个学科提供广阔发展空间,为实践提供理论支撑和指引,并减少国际交流障碍,化解3种形态的失衡和反差,把我国建成真正体育强国。

The moderate leading of physical education practice and the relative lag of theory construction have become restricting factors for the harmonious and sustainable development of physical education. Via nearly 100 years of construction and development, the physical education discipline has gone through the process from the second levels discipline of education to the first discipline, and has been provided with the conditions and requirements for being set up as a relatively stable disciplinary system or major and as an independent disciplinary category. In some developed western countries, such as Germany and Britain, physical education has been set up as a disciplinary category. According to three practical forms ofphysical education as well as disciplines that reveal their patterns, physical education, when it is set up as an independent disciplinary category, can be referred to as the science of physical education, science of sports competition, and science of leisure workouts, which form three of first disciplines under the physical education disciplinary category. This concept will offer a huge development space for the three disciplines, provide theoretical support and guidance for practice, reduce international communication obstructions, eliminate the unbalance and contrast between the 3 forms, and thus turn China into a sport really powerful nation.
