摘要
根据定速式摩擦试验机GB/5763—98和等国家试验标准,设计了适合研究微型汽车摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的摩擦学小样试验,进行不同环境温度下定线速度变载荷和定载荷变线速度的相关试验,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的分析手段,结合摩擦学原理分析了摩擦磨损性能试验结果,得出相应的试验结论。
According to GB/5763--98 national test standards of the fixed-speed friction tester, friction and wear performance test for Micro-vehicle are designed. Based on different ambient temperature related test under the stable speed with the Variable load and the stable load with the variable speed are made. The results of friction and wear performance test with tribology theory are analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The corresponding test conclusions are drawn.
