摘要
在销售商处于主导地位的供应链管理模式中,通过供应商与销售商在非合作与合作2种方式下的供应链绩效比较,说明合作促销有利于提高供应链整体利益,并运用风险补偿与效用最大化相结合的综合优化方法提出了供应链利益分配及促销费用的分摊机制。
In the model of retailer leading supply chain management, after comparing the difference of the supply chain effect between the model of manufacturers and retailer cooperating each other and no cooperating, it is concluded that the cooperative promotion can increase the system benefit of supply chain. Used the principle of comprehensive optimum based on the combining between venture compensation and effectiveness maximization, the means of distribution of benefit and promoting fee in supply chain is introduced.
