12例细辛脑注射液致儿童过敏性休克文献分析

Literature Analysis of 12 Cases of Children's Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Asarone Injection

目的探讨细辛脑注射液致儿童过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索国内有关数据库,对细辛脑注射液致儿童过敏性休克的病例报告进行统计分析。结果细辛脑注射液致儿童过敏性休克12例,给药途径均为静脉滴注,其中男性8例,女性4例,速发型过敏性休克10例,迟发型1例。经抗休克治疗,均恢复正常。结论细辛脑注射液致儿童过敏性休克病程快、危害大,临床医务人员应高度重视。

Objective To investigate the clinic features and regularity of children＇s Anaphylactic Shock induced by asarone injection, and to provide referen in clinic for rational use of asarone injection. Methods To check out the case reports of children＇s anaphylactic shock induced by asarone injection in the data-bases in China. Results 12 cases of children＇s anaphylactic shock were reported, cases were male and 4 cases were female, 10 cases were immediate anaphylactic shock and 1 case was delayedtype. 12 cases had been returned to be normal after active treatments of antishock. Conclusion Clinic medical staff should think highly of anaphylactic shock induced by asarone injection.
