从医疗器械的学科特点切入,对现行管理体制下医疗器械监管存在的问题进行分析和探讨,建议从完善法律体系、培养专业人才及加强不良事件监测三个方面入手,以提高医疗器械科学监管水平。

To analyze and discuss the problems under the circumstance of current management through the subject characteristics of the medical device. How to supervise and manage the medical device from three aspects of law,human resource and inspection is suggested.
