摘要
试验选用8个玉米自交系,依Griffing方法Ⅳ和轮回交配法两模型组配试材,田间试验采用多年多点完全随机区组设计,对各基因型估测一般配合力和特殊配合力,结果表明两种方法估测一般配合力功能基本一致,估测特殊配合力,年份间离均差轮回交配法小于Griffing方法Ⅳ。
By using 8 corn inbred lines treated with mult - location, multi - replication and multi - year completely - randomized design, the general and special combing ability tested with Griffing IV and rotational crossing model were estimated. The results showed that the two estimate methods had nearly the same results in the determination of general combing ability. But for the special combing ability, the annual standard deviation derived from rotational crossing model was smaller than that of Griffing IV method, which indicated that the rotational crossing model had much higher degree of reliability.
