浅议炼油厂循环水水质持续改进

Note on the continuous improvement of circulating water quality in oil refinery

针对中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂循环水存在的问题,采取了新型复合缓蚀阻垢剂、杀菌剂优选、水冷器工艺改进、旁滤改造、物料泄漏处理方法的创新等改进措施,取得明显的处理效果;为其他炼油厂循环水水质改进提供了借鉴。

According to the problems of circulating water which exist in the Oil Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Company, Ltd. ,PetroChina,a series of the improvement measures are adopted,for example, new compound corrosion and scale inhibitors are selected;bactericides optimization is conducted; the process of water coolers and the side-filtration system is improved; the processing method for material leaking is innovated. And good treatment effects are obtained after the transformation, these experiences can provide reference to improve the water quality of circulating cooling water in other oil refineries.
