亚麻微生物脱胶技术的研究 Ⅲ.脱胶菌株适宜生长繁殖条件的测试

对两脱胶菌株Ｋｅ３４及Ｌｅ１０的生长繁殖条件进行了测试。结果表明，它们的适宜扩繁培养基以豆饼粉培养基为最佳、其次为麦芙皮培养基，其中豆饼粉的含量以３％为宜；最适培养温度为３５～４０℃之间；最适ｐＨ值为７０（中性）；但是，以３％的豆饼粉培养基，ｐＨ值取其自然，培养效果也很理想。在优选各项测试的条件下，测定它们的生长曲线，并结合涂片镜检观察菌体变化，最终确定两脱胶菌株Ｋｅ３４及Ｌｅ１０，以３％的豆饼粉为扩繁培养基、ｐＨ值７０或取其自然，在有氧的条件，培养１６～２４ｈ即为接种沤麻脱胶的最佳时间。
