摘要
对两脱胶菌株Ke34及Le10的生长繁殖条件进行了测试。结果表明,它们的适宜扩繁培养基以豆饼粉培养基为最佳、其次为麦芙皮培养基,其中豆饼粉的含量以3%为宜;最适培养温度为35~40℃之间;最适pH值为70(中性);但是,以3%的豆饼粉培养基,pH值取其自然,培养效果也很理想。在优选各项测试的条件下,测定它们的生长曲线,并结合涂片镜检观察菌体变化,最终确定两脱胶菌株Ke34及Le10,以3%的豆饼粉为扩繁培养基、pH值70或取其自然,在有氧的条件,培养16~24h即为接种沤麻脱胶的最佳时间。
