本科生的职业/主修专业认同:个体发展的角度 被引量:3

摘要 在北京大学元培学院的办学理念和办学模式框架下,从个体发展的角度,探讨本科生的职业/主修专业认同。185名本科新生完成了职业/主修专业认同发展调查问卷。调查结果表明,无论是自己还是与他人一起决定志愿的本科新生,都主动探索过不同职业/主修专业,并且通过决定志愿为自己创造了经探索后再对职业/主修专业认同做出承诺的机会。调查结果提示,未来的研究和实践可以集中在如下两个问题上:本科生主修专业认同获得的过程;个体职业认同和职业适应能力的共同发展。
