摘要
为研究放线菌9005发酵液中的抗结核活性成分,采用活性追踪的方法,用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,得到活性化合物9005B。通过理化性质和波谱学数据的分析,确定化合物9005B的结构为放线菌素X2。采用定量微孔板快速显色法(MABA)测定出化合物9005B对结核分枝杆菌H37Rv的M IC为64μg/m l,具有较强的抗结核活性,属首次报道。
In order to study anti-TB constltuents from the fermentation broth of Actinomycete strain 9005, the separation procedure was guided by antibacterial bioassay. The compound 9005B was isolated and purified by column chromatography, and its structrue was identified as actinomycin X2 by: physicochemical properties and spectral data. MIC of the compound 9005B against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv determined by rapid quantitative microplate (MABA) is 64μg/ml. The anti-TB bioactivity of the compound 9005B is firstly reported.
