摘要 目的建立流动注射化学发光快速测定鸡蛋中四环素残留量的方法。方法在酸性介质中,高锰酸钾能氧化四环素产生化学发光,而甲醛能够显著增强该体系的发光强度。据此建立了一种简单快速测定四环素的流动注射化学发光新方法。结果在最佳实验条件下,本法测定四环素的线性范围为0~60.0μg/ml,检出限为0.28μg/ml,对20.0μg/mL四环素标准液进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.3%。结论将本法用于鸡蛋中四环素的残留量测定,结果令人满意,方法重复性好,灵敏度高。 Objective To establish a rapid flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) of tetracycline residues in eggs. Methods The method based on the CL-emitting reaction between tetracycline and potassium permanganate in a hydrochloric acid medium, enhanced by formaldehyde (HCHO). The optimized experimental conditions were evaluated and the possible mechanism was discussed. Results Under optimum conditions, calibration curve over the range of 0 60.01μg/ml was obtained. The detection limit of this method was 0.281μg/ml. The relative standard deviation was 1.3% for 20. 0μg/ml tetracycline. Conclusion The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline residues in eggs with no evidence of interference from common excipients.
