摘要
阐述了高新技术产业集聚的动因,从宏观、中观和微观环境3个层次分析了高新技术产业集群发展的影响因素,提出了促进高新技术产业集群发展的对策。
In this paper,we explain the cause of clusters of high-tech industries and analyze the factors affecting their growth from the macro-enviroment,meso-enviroment and micro-environment. Then we put forward countermeasures for the development of high-tech industrial clusters.
