Analysis of potential effect of external network of companies from the perspective of relationship quality

为促进人们更好地进行企业外部网络关系管理,在文献回顾基础上,从关系品质视角研究企业外部网络关系潜在功效认为,尽管企业外部网络关系可为企业提供资源获取、组织学习、分散风险、取得正当性、维持稳定关系与获取创业机会等多种潜在功效,但关系品质是这些潜在功效能否得以实现的关键影响因素之一。

For the purpose of making people perform better management on external network of companies, based on literature review,this paper studies the potential effect of external network of companies from the perspective of relationship quality,and finds that external network has a potential effect on resource accessment,organization learning, risk diversification,legitimacy attainment,stable relationship maintenance and entrepreneurial opportunity obtainment, but relationship quality is one of the key factors that influences the realization of these potential effects.
