摘要
以成本的本质属性为基础,从创新过程的角度界定了技术创新成本的构成。同时,应用系统动力学原理,分析了影响技术创新成本的内外部因素,对模型目标、边界进行界定。模型将技术创新成本视为创新周期的函数,对技术创新成本管理系统的2个主要反馈环:外部资源市场反馈环和内部创新过程反馈环的反馈机理进行了分析,最后提出设立成本上限、跟踪审计等控制创新成本的稳定性的策略。
This paper is based on the nature of cost property, defining the composition of the cost of technological innovation from the perspective of innovation process. At the same time, based on the application of system dynamics theory, the paper analyzes the internal and external factors of the technological innovation cost and defines the border and goal of the model. The model will consider the cost of technological innovation as a function of innovation cycles, analyzing the mechanism about the two main feedback loops of the technological innovation management system: one feedback is about the market offering external resources and the other feedback is about internal innovation process. Finally, it puts forward some strategies to control the technological innovation cost, such as founding the borderline of cost, tracking the audit of cost, etc.
