摘要
以发展经济学理论为指导,以导向性原则为基础,以永续发展为目的,通过对指标客观筛选和专家主观专业判断相结合的方法,建构了一套区域科技创新评价指标体系,并详细阐述了区域科技创新指数的测算方法。旨在通过该套指标体系为科学评价区域科技创新能力及水平提供参考。
Guided by ment development economics,integrating the objective screening of available indicators and the experts＇ subjective judge ment,this paper established an evaluation system of regional science and technology innovation, which is based on oriented principle and aimed at sustaining development. Then it describes the estimation of the indicator system. The purpose of this paper is to serve scientific evaluation of the regional science and technology innovation ability.
