摘要
根据教学研究型大学的实际情况,建立了高校教师的绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定其指标权重,应用360°绩效考评法进行绩效评价,并结合案例进行高校教师绩效评价,结果表明该方法具有一定的合理性和可操作性。
The teacher performance evaluation index system of teaching and research university is established according to the actual situation of teaching and research university in the paper. Indexing weights are determined with the application of AHP, combining 360 degree performance evaluation for teacher performance evaluation. The method is reasonable and feasible by the cases of university teachers.
