摘要
根据甘蔗品系系谱图寻根，对福建自育的38个品系及其亲本进行基础种质亲缘关系分析。育成福建甘蔗品系的基础种质有23种，其中11种为热带种，3种割手密种，2种印度种，3种中国种，1种大茎野生种，1个斑茅及蔗茅和高梁各一个。38个品系中至少有8个共同的祖先，亲缘关系非常密切。
According to pedigree schenratic, the basal germplasm and genetic relationships among 38 clones bred in Fujian were studied. The results showed that their basal germplasm cane were from 23 kind of germplasm, including 11 of S.offieinarum 3 of S. spontaneum, 2 of S. barberi; 3 of S. sinensis 1 of S. robustum, S.srumdinaceum, Erianthus and Sorghum. There are at lest 8 same ancestors among 38 clones,and their genetic reletionships are very close.
