摘要
提出了一种基于电路分析理论的模拟线性电路多故障诊断方法,该方法采用电路分析理论中的替代定理、叠加定理来列写电路的故障诊断方程,利用方程组的相容性原理来进行故障定位,通过计算故障支路的电导增量来完成故障定值。仿真实例表明,这种方法可以提高电路诊断的准确性,并为模拟动态电路的故障诊断提供了理论依据。
A general method based on circuit analysis theory for fault diagnosis of analog circuits is presented in this paper. The fault diagnosis equation is put up though the substitution theorem and the superposition theorem, which are part of circuit analysis theory. Fault location is realized by consistency principle of equation group. Fault Identification is achieved by calculating conductance increment in each fault branch. At the end, an example illustrates the accuracy of the proposed method. Also, the method provides theory basis for fault diagnosis of analog dynamic circuits.
