涩北气田100亿立方米天然气产能主体开发技术

The main exploitation techniques applied for the goal of annual gas deliverability of 10 bcm in the Sebei gas field

柴达木盆地涩北气田100亿立方米天然气产能方案编制按照"统筹考虑、整体开发、统一部署、分批实施、体现效益"的原则,采用先进的工艺技术和方法,优选合理的开发技术策略,确保气田"安全、稳定"生产,实现了该气田的高效开发。该产能方案的主体技术有:细分开发层系技术、水平井开发技术、气井优化配产技术、气井防砂工艺技术、油套分采工艺技术、排水采气工艺技术、地面高低压分输技术等。针对该气田开发中目前存在的问题,建议继续深化气、水层的识别,继续探索控砂、控水、防砂、防水技术,加强水平井防砂、排水采气和配套措施作业等工艺技术研究,进一步提高涩北气田的整体开发效果。

The scheme on 'the achievement of 10 bcm gas deliverability per year in the Sebei gas field of Qaidam basin' is based on the principle of planning,developing and deploying as a whole,bringing into operation in turn,and achieving the highest returns.In this scheme,the most advanced technology and methods and the optimized technical strategies will ensure the Sebei gas field to be developed efficiently in a safe and steady way.The main techniques include layer series of development to be subdivided,horizontal well technology,well production allocation to be optimized,sand control in gas wells,gas recovery by tubing and casing respectively,water pumping gas production,and high-and low-pressure respective transportation,etc.In order to solve the existing problems and to improve the exploitation effect in this field,we suggest heat deeper studies should be encouraged on the following technologies:to identify between gas and water layers,to prevent and control sanding and watering in a proper way,and to complete horizontal well technology,and so on.
