摘要
为了避免天然气在输送过程中形成天然气水合物而造成管线堵塞,在管输前必须对天然气进行油、气、水的分离处理,使天然气的水露点、烃露点能符合管输要求。柴达木盆地南八仙油气田中浅层天然气处理采用了加拿大进口橇装天然气处理装置,该装置具有自动化程度高、易于操作、占地面积小的优点,能有效地对天然气进行油、气、水的分离。为此,详细介绍了该天然气处理技术,并根据实际情况对处理系统的参数进行了调整与优化,保证了处理系统的安全、高效、平稳运行。
To prevent the gas pipeline from being blocked by the formation of gas hydrate at normal temperature,a disposal of natural gas is necessary before being sent to pipelines so that volatile oil and water can be removed at-15 ℃ from gas and liquid mixture.Since the disposal facilities of medium and shallow gas in the Nanbaxian oil and gas field of Qaidam basin was imported from Canada in 2001,many years of smooth operation have made it possible to master the technology of disposal and control of natural gas adaptable for this field.The automatic control and the optimization of running parameters are the key to ensure that the system is in optimal situations so that the plant can be working under safe,smooth and steady conditions.
