摘要
钢坯连铸技术和乘用汽车轻量化一节能化两项技术的进步,先后使日本和美国减少了数以百万吨计的铸件年需求量。日本凭借技术领先的巨大优势,在20世纪80年代初,钢铁、汽车等一系列传统工业产量超过美国,实现了震惊世界的“日美易位”。美国为落后付出的代价则是,经历了传统工业惨痛的大动荡、大改组,市场结构变化造成了大量的铸件过剩生产能力。对于国外发生的重大变革和数以千万吨计的过剩生产能力,我们必须予以充分重视。
Progresses by technology of continuous casting of rough steel & passenger car lighter and more fuel-efficient led Japan & the US to decreas demand of castings by several million tons sooner or later. Since the early '80s, Japan has taken the lead from the US in production of traditional industry such as steel, pig iron and automobiles, etc. At the same time, the US has suffered from the shaking up of its traditional industrial culture. We have to pay a fully attention to the changes of market structure & overcapacities by more than 30 million tons/yr, worldwide.
