摘要 钪是铝合金最强的晶粒细化剂、再结晶抑制剂和强化剂,是优化铝合金组织和性能最为有效的合金元素。分析了钪在铝合金中的合金化机制,评价了钪对铝合金力学性能的影响,指出了利用钪合金化改性传统铝合金和开发新型含钪铝合金的重要意义。 Scandium is known to be the most effective alloying element to optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of the aluminum alloys by refining the as-cast grain size, inhibiting recrystallization and strengthening the alloys. The mechanism of scandium alloying in aluminum was analyzed, the influence of scandium on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys was evaluated and the importance of modifying the conventional aluminum alloys by addition scandium element and developing novel scandium-containing aluminum alloys was stressed.
