胰岛素抵抗与认知障碍 被引量：5

摘要 近年来一些研究表明,胰岛素抵抗可以通过各种机制改变脑组织的神经生理功能,加速大脑老化的进程,在认知功能障碍的发生发展中起了重要作用。本文就目前有关胰岛素抵抗与认知功能障碍的相关性及作用机制的研究作一综述。
