摘要
介绍了采用非标准螺旋形加旋元件形成的锥形磨料射流,利用建立的锥形磨料射流试验系统进行了钻孔试验,由于加旋元件是锥形磨料射流的技术关键,因此钻孔试验重点考察了加旋元件的流槽头数、导程及中心孔对钻孔性能的影响。结果表明,为达到较理想的钻孔效果,流槽头数取双头为宜、合适的导程一般在16~20 mm 及中心孔直径要大于3 mm,但应小于5 mm。
The conic abrasive jet formed by spiral component is presented. The experiment of drilling hole is carried out by the use of the conic abrasive jet system established. The key of conic abrasive jet lies in spiral component, so the spiral component parameters influencing the drilling performances such as the spiral groove, the lead and central hole are investigated. Results show that it is suitable when the spiral groove is two, the lead is at 16 to 20 ram, and the diameter of central hole is more than 3 mm, but less than 5 mm.
