摘要 利用从软件开发方和用户方收集的数据,对项目不同利益方关于定制类信息系统开发项目成功标准的相对重要性进行了比较分析。研究发现,双方都认为"满足用户需求"是最重要的标准,其次是"所交付系统具有高质量",而在"有助于客户组织长远发展"这一标准上存在显著差异。
