诏是体现王权君威的最高级下行公文,讲究简洁实用。而汉武帝的诏文在作者自觉的学术化和文学化观念作用下,别具宏大之美。《文选》"诏"类所录二篇诏文均为汉武帝所作,《元光元年问贤诏》体现了作者的政治焦虑与艺术排解;《元封五年求贤诏》取资于深广的学术资源并产生了巨大的效验。撰作于人才匮乏之际、高度肯定贤才的人格、文末对奉诏招贤的官员提出具体要求是求贤诏在颁布时间、作者倾向和诏文格式的共同特征,其个性则主要取决于作者本人的独特性格。

Yuan Feng Wu Nian Qiu Xian Zhao took source from the vast and numerous academic resources and had a huge effect. The common features of imperial order on the written time, author＇s tendency and form are as follows. First, written at the period of lacking talented persons. Second, highly affirm talented persons＇ personality. Third, raised concrete requirement to the officials who take the order to find talented persons. Individuality of imperial order is mainly depended on the author＇s distinctive personality.
