西方社会工作伦理在中国本土化的探讨

Research on Western Social Work Ethics in China's Practicing

国内外学术界曾对社会工作伦理的本土化问题做过不少探讨。社会工作伦理应与特定文化背景相联系。在中国发展社会工作一定要考虑中国的文化特点。研究发现,有些西方社会工作伦理的价值观在中国并不适用。因此,社会工作伦理本土化需要经历一个"典范转移"过程,应在立足中国国情的基础上,建立一个以社会主义核心价值观为中心的价值体系来重构社会工作的运用原则和理念。

At present, social work has just turned up and developed in China, and international and domestic academic community have made much research work on we stem social work ethics in China＇s practicing. Social work ethics relates to specific culture, and we must value the characteristic of Chinese culture when we develop social work in China. The study found that some western social work ethics does not apply in China. Therefore, China needs to undergo a ＂paradigm shift＂ process, and establish a value system whose centre is socialist core values to remodel principles and concepts of social work ethics.
