摘要 分析了地质、材料、不当操作、加工不合格、流体介质、温度等导致钻具失效的基本因素,比较了钻具受力、工作环境及介质等因素对钻具失效的影响,得出多种因素的作用是造成钻具失效的主要原因;湿H2S环境对钻具的危害最大;硫化物应力腐蚀(SSCC)是最危险的钻具失效形式。 The analysis of factors resulted in BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) effectiveness lose, such as geological factor, materials, improper operation, quality problem of fabrication, fluid medium, temperature, etc. was made, and the comparison of BHA effectiveness lose brought by Forces encountered, working environment and working Medium of BHA were made as well. Thus various factors were the main reason that caused the BHA efficiency lost. The most critical damage to drilling tool was wet H2 S environment. And SSCC was the most dangerous BHA effectiveness lose.
