摘要
通过对2件断裂的φ203.2 mm(8英寸)随钻震击器花键心轴进行宏观分析、断口微观分析、材质理化性能检验(包括化学成分、力学性能、金相组织)等试验分析研究,结合随钻震击器花键心轴的使用工况和受载特点,综合分析了花键心轴发生断裂失效的原因是由于材料组织不良和结构上的应力集中导致的疲劳断裂,并提出了解决方案和建议。
The systematic fracture analysis was done for two φ203.2 mm(8″) drilling jars' splined mandrels. The fractures were checked and analyzed on macro and microscope. The material's physical and chemical properties (including chemical composition & mechanical properties & microstructure) were checked too. Base on the drilling jar' working conditions and loading charac teristics and systematic analysis and checking conclusions the conclusions can be got that the two drilling jars' sptined mandrels were broke because of fatigue induced by not good material structure and stress concentration in jars' structure. The solutions and suggestions were made at the end of this passage.
